A Message from the Principal

Our “New Idea Inova” Comprehensive High School, which has been incorporating a “Hybrid System” combining English language, Information Technology, core knowledge, and traditional heritage, is entering its third year of operation. During this time, we have been working towards our mission of creating students who can integrate and innovate by studying our ancestral culture in line with modern advancements.

Our school, staffed with experienced teachers, provides a complete set of general education subjects in both languages for students from grades 1-12. Our students are learning English at a practical level, gaining an understanding of Mongolian heritage, and acquiring a balanced and structured knowledge base through the hybrid system. One of the initial results of this approach is the fact that our students are able to learn in two languages. For example, we conduct cultural heritage classes in the traditional Mongolian ger, which is located outside the school. This allows our students to expand their knowledge, enhance their creative abilities based on their talents and interests, and further develop their capabilities in the context of Mongolian heritage. Additionally, students are most interested in studying robotics technology, and we align this subject with both heritage and science classes to help students develop self-reliance and adaptability. Therefore, our students have already held several independent exhibitions.

In the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 academic years, our school worked under the slogan, “Let’s work with each child individually,” with the goal of supporting the progress and success of each student. We prepared personalized tutoring schedules to ensure that there were no gaps in subjects like mathematics, English, and Mongolian. As a result, student interest in learning increased, and they became more actively involved in lessons, which is the outcome of the hard work of both our teachers and students. Our students, who are enrolled in the “Robot Coding Program” across primary, secondary, and high school levels, have participated successfully in international and city-level competitions, winning gold, silver, and bronze medals in the Lyon Robot Competitions for two consecutive years. Encouraged by their success, our students are preparing to compete in the “Robot Challenge” competition this summer.

Our team is working to solidify the achievements from past years, address any shortcomings, and improve the school’s environment by integrating safety, productivity, and innovation into our program. We are also focusing on improving teacher performance through research activities and training, as well as enhancing extracurricular clubs to develop students’ talents. One of the key factors that directly influences the outcome of our educational programs is the “trilateral relationship between students, parents, and the school,” and we will continue to actively foster this relationship to raise well-rounded Mongolian citizens. We extend our sincere gratitude to the parents, guardians, and partner organizations who trust and collaborate with us. We wish all our hardworking students a successful academic year ahead.”
